emailormeeting.com is a free calculator. It works entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter into the calculator (attendees, salary, duration) are never sent to us, stored, or transmitted anywhere. They exist only on your device.

What we collect

We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used:

Plausible Analytics — a privacy-focused analytics tool. It collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, referrers, country, device type). It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. Plausible's data policy.
Meta Pixel — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken (for example, clicking through to the kit). This data is processed by Meta according to Meta's privacy policy. You can opt out of ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no email capture, no forms on this site.
Calculator inputs never leave your browser.
We do not sell or share personal data with anyone beyond the services listed above.

Purchases

The Meeting Audit Kit is sold through Gumroad. When you purchase, your payment and email are handled by Gumroad under Gumroad's privacy policy. We receive your email address for product delivery and updates about the product you bought, nothing else.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site come from the Meta Pixel described above. Blocking them (via browser settings or an ad blocker) does not affect any site functionality.
